<p>Visualization is a technique that involves imagining relaxing places or times in your life to help you clear your thoughts of the worries that are keeping you awake.  While you are imagining these situations, try to invoke all of your senses.  Remember what it was like to be there that day, the smells around you, the sounds, what you see, what you can touch and feel.  Imagining all of these things at the end of the night will allow you to be in a much more peaceful state, than if you were to think about your day to day problems.</p>
